Hi.

Playgrounds, spraygrounds, and pools are a fun way to get Moms and kids out of the house and in the sunshine. Long Island has a multitude of fantastic playgrounds for residents and guests to enjoy.

Seaford Manor Elementary School Playground

Seaford Manor Elementary School Playground

This large playground can be accessed from the gate just off Beechwood Place and isn't too deep onto the school property. There are two separate play sections, one brightly colored and newer and one older but still in good condition.

The newer playground has tall slides, a circular monkey bar feature, ropes to climb, and a bouncy platform. The older playground behind has a bridge, a few smaller slides, and a musical area.

The playground is raised with wood chips underneath. The recess blacktop is immediately adjacent and great for chalk coloring and bike riding. There are no restrooms available outside of the school. There is an additional playground area next to the Kindergarten wing deep onto the school property which is not included in this post.

BEST FEATURE: My kids absolutely love the long and curved balance beam.

GOOD FOR: Local fun for kids who like to climb.

YOU SHOULD KNOW: Because this is actually a school playground, yield to school hours.

WORTH A LONG DRIVE: No
