Hi.

Playgrounds, spraygrounds, and pools are a fun way to get Moms and kids out of the house and in the sunshine. Long Island has a multitude of fantastic playgrounds for residents and guests to enjoy.

This is another simple neighborhood playground in the middle of a residential area. There is just one play section and two sets of swings. There is a nearby baseball field with attached bases. My sons had a great time pretending to be pro players and running the bases.

The ground is wood chips and there is no bathroom.

BEST FEATURE: Very tall monkey bar handles that can challenge kindergarten and 1st graders.

GOOD FOR: A quick break from shopping on Hempstead Turnpike or Hicksville Road.

YOU SHOULD KNOW: There was quite a bit of tiny trash around the playground. My baby found small pieces of broken glass. There is not an overabundance but enough.

WORTH A LONG DRIVE: No.
