Hi.

Playgrounds, spraygrounds, and pools are a fun way to get Moms and kids out of the house and in the sunshine. Long Island has a multitude of fantastic playgrounds for residents and guests to enjoy.

Georgia Ave Playground

This playground is brand new and very colorful. There is a cute treehouse theme with unique features you don't see everywhere. This is located on the busy West End side of Long Beach across from Speakeasy.

The entire area is fenced-in with two entrances and rubber ground. It's a small area and can feel crowded during peak times. There are swings, big and little kid sides, high slides, a rock climb, and a high crows nest.

The sprayground is super cute with short crocodile sprays and tall showers. Note: the sensor on the red pole is broken and is very hard to turn on.

There is a port-a-potty and a free library.

GOOD FOR: Cooling off on a hot day.

BEST FEATURE: The sprayground is good for big and little kids.

YOU SHOULD KNOW: The playground is on a busy road and feels out-in-the-open.

WORTH A LONG DRIVE: No, it's a nice playground but it feels stressful being right on the street.

ADDRESS: 60 Georgia Ave, Long Beach, NY 11561
