Hi.

Playgrounds, spraygrounds, and pools are a fun way to get Moms and kids out of the house and in the sunshine. Long Island has a multitude of fantastic playgrounds for residents and guests to enjoy.

Fraser Avenue Playground

Fraser Avenue Playground

This small playground is completely nestled within a residential area. It's a great local playground for younger kids.

There are three smaller slides and some mesh tunnels. There are a few swings and a teeter-totter, big enough for four kids. The equipment is older but in good condition. A large lawn spreads far next to the playground, great for bringing a soccer ball or playing tag.

The ground under the play section is sand and rubber under the swings. There are no restrooms.

GOOD FOR: Local walk to let the kids run.

BEST FEATURE: The teeter-tooter, which you don't see everyday.

YOU SHOULD KNOW: There is a drain extending the full length of the playground. It's not full of water but there can be puddles and debris collected there.

WORTH A LONG DRIVE: No
